Angie has "hot hands" and a warm healing heart. Her bodywork is foolproof; what the massage doesn't touch, the Energy Medicine will. I highly recommend her. Blessed be.

Angie has been my massage therapist for five years. Plagued by occassional back problem, I have been provided with relief from my pain by Angie in a professional yet caring manner. I have complete trust in her and cannot imagine putting myself in the care of anyone else. Angie is not only knowledgeable about various massage techniques; she has a wisdom well beyond her years. It is as if she knows, before you say anything, what the problem is. Her uncanny ability to understand the ailment and then apply a healing treatment is rare, indeed. Angie creates a nurturing environment and work miracles. A more caring and talented massage therapist does not exist. Angie is the very best.

Benefits of Massage
For those of us who know the benefits of massage, this is old news. But for those who have never given it a try, listen up.
Massage can be a wonderfully tranquil experience that relaxes the body and sooths the mind. It can also be a somewhat painful, rather stressful experience that forces an injured joint or muscle to begin working again. In a typical session, you may end up experiencing both. But regardless of the technique, your body will be better for it.
Physiologically speaking, massage stimulates circulation, which increases vital supplies of oxygen and nutrients to the body. It increases cell metabolism and facilitates removal of waste products. It maintains efficiency of the body's immune system by aiding lymph flow. It realxes and tones muscle; stretches the connective tissue of joints and increases range of motion. Pain and soreness can be relieved through massage, as well as tension-related ailments, such as headache and low-back pain.
There are many types of massage ranging from a very light Swedish touch to a Deep Tissue or Neuromuscular approach. Oftentimes it has been used as a type of "bloodless surgery" with incredible results. If you need to de-stress, or work out the "kink" you can't seem to get rid of, consider massage. You'll be glad you did.
